ABOUT BJ & ASSOCIATES

Chairman of BJ and Associates Training Inc. - Dr. Jones is an accomplished educator, military veteran, and workforce development leader with more than 25 years of experience in education and over a decade specializing in vocational and technical training. As a certified NCCER Master Trainer and an NCCER Authorized Training Sponsor Representative, he has sponsored, trained and certified, organizations, staff, and students. He managed apprenticeship and certification programs serving hundreds of contractors and students.
His background includes leadership roles at universities, charter schools, and nonprofit training institutions, as well as distinguished military service as both a United States Marine and an Army Captain. As CEO of BJ and Associates Training Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Mr. Jones brings nationally recognized curriculum standards, instructor development systems, and workforce pipelines that directly support employment readiness for veterans and program participants
